Even after 38 years as a dental hygienist, I am still excited about our ever-changing profession. I started as a dental assistant and then went to dental hygiene school, graduating in 1980. I find it so rewarding to provide excellent dental care in a warm, gentle, and compassionate way; building relationships, alleviating fears and educating patients about their own oral health.
In my free time, you will find me outdoors; walking, biking, kayaking, cross country skiing or working in my yard. l am blessed to have my daughter and son-in-law and their 5 children nearby; it makes for a very exciting and busy life for which I am very grateful.
